Throughout the entire process, they remained professional, conscientious and motivated. I always felt like I was a special client! Melissa and Manny's local real estate knowledge and attention to detail were invaluable from the home preparation, inspections, offers and closing processes. When I put the property up for sale Melissa made an amazing video so any home buyers or investors could get a bird's eye view of what the property had to offer. The response was more than I could have hoped for and competing offers rolled in. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency that required my complete attention so we had to remove the house from the active listing. Later when I was ready, Melissa and Manny were there to lend their outstanding support. They were consummate professionals making the experience as easy and painless as possible. After my real estate lawyer fell through they helped me find another. After the city inspector stopped answering my emails Melissa went to city hall. No matter what the situation, they offered continued guidance and support.
