She skillfully guided us through the various neighborhoods and helped us identify which properties had systematic issues that were concerning and which properties were great deals. We were able to grab a house for under asking, and with a few minor cosmetic improvements, the home is now our dream home. Melissa has great connections in the area and can easily connect you with contractors once the sale has been completed. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and always had our best interests at heart. She was there to listen when we were frustrated with the difficult housing market, cheer us on as we found homes we loved, and go the extra mile to make sure everything went through smoothly.
